Refund policy

Returns must be approved before being shipped back ( call 800-334-3294 for return authorization or e-mail customerservice@beyondbungeecom. for return authorization).  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs involved in returning the products and shipping costs are non-refundable.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returns.  Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.  All returns must be in the original packaging. 

 

Buyer must notify Beyond Bungee/USA Products Group of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days of product delivery.
