Shipping policy
All shipments will be sent out via USPS or Ground UPS. If you decide to return your order, shipping costs are not refundable.
UPS guaranteed shipping is guaranteed by UPS not by Beyond Bungee/USA Products Group. Please note that during holiday seasons shipping may take longer than normal. Beyond Bungee/USA Products Group is not responsible for late shipments. We use shippers with proven service, however even UPS and the US Postal Service occasionally lose orders or deliver late. We will help you track and resolve missing package issues to the extent allowed by the shipper. Some claims have to be made by you, the recipient.
Most items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico however certain restrictions may apply which include:
- Dimensional shipping limits - standard shipping to these regions are limited by the overall shipping size which include a maximum length or girth of 108 inches and maximum weight of 70 lbs.
- Large and/or oddly shaped items may not be eligible for shipping.
- Address type - certain address types preclude shipping speeds, due to carrier capabilities.
Expedited and Priority Shipping isn't available for P.O. Boxes in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Certain addresses aren’t eligible to receive shipments at all and an error message will appear at checkout.
